FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
T&J Presets are compatible with Adobe Lightroom Classic version 7.3 and later.
All sales are final. Please consider carefully if T&J Presets are right for you and your editing workflow.
You will receive an email with a link to access the presets along with a tutorial video explaining how we use the presets as well as installation instructions.
T&J Presets have been designed to work best on RAW files. Before applying the preset we recommend adjusting the exposure and white balance to where you are happy, we would be looking for an even exposure and a relatively neutral white balance, depending on the scene. Then apply the preset of your choice. You may need to make further tweaks to settings in the Basic panel.
T&J Presets cannot fix an image if the settings at the time of photographing were not ideal.
You can download T&J Presets to be installed on more than one computer, as long as they are for a single user or business.
We know sharing is caring, however in the case of digital products, sharing or selling T&J Presets with others is strictly prohibited and considered software piracy. When you share or sell our presets you are robbing a small business just like you.
