Learn how to expose properly to get the best results from film. We'll cover how to meter using apps, a digital camera or light meter.
35mm Film
Learn by doing, bring your film camera & we'll supply the film. We'll also provide resources on where to buy more film and the film labs we recommend for development and scanning.

In 3 hours you'll learn how to shoot film properly so you can feel confident you're not wasting your money when you choose to shoot film.
We're so excited to host you in our cosy office studio. We have room for 4 attendees and all the questions. BYO manual film camera.
This mini workshop is perfect for someone who is just starting to dabble in film photography and wants more predictable and reliable results when shooting film.
It's a safe space to learn, there's no silly questions, it's totally cool if you're not quite sure how to use your film camera - as long as it works we're all good, we can figure it out together.
We'll start with coffee and time to settle in then dive into some film photography fundamentals. We'll move into loading some film and making some photos. It will be a small group, with both of us (Trent and Jessie) ready to assist.
