XMP Instructions 

Step 1: In Lightroom classic (desktop app) edit one of the raw files you will send 

Step 2: Click "Develop" > "New Preset"

Step 3: In the "New Develop Preset" window, give the preset a name "[Your Name] Edit", click "Check All" in the bottom left corner then click "Create"

Step 4: In the Presets Panel (left), under "User Presets" right click on the preset you just created > click "Show in Finder"

Step 5: A Finder window will open. You can grab the xmp file and upload it to your Dropbox or Google Drive folder with your RAW files.
